Last week my doctor cleared me to start table tennis training once again. The middle index finger still hurts a little bit but the fracture has healed. This past weekend was the first day I played since I broke my finger. It felt like I had not played for a very long time. I did some training with Coach Lin, and she basically worked on my conditioning part. She had me do lot of cross moving and turn around looping multi ball training. I was so exhausted after the training. On Sunday I played with Thilina and did much better. Sunday group lesson was very good as we had to lots of footwork drills. I miss my practice with Steven! Just trying to get back to full strength to start competing in tournaments. Hopefully with few weeks of training I will be ready to compete!
