After a month and a half of injury, I have resumed my training. I am working on my conditioning at home and coach Lin is working on adding backhand looping to my game. It is very hard for me right now as I have always turned around to loop the ball, but now I am trying to open up the ball with a backhand loop and then follow it up with a strong forehand loop. I am doing a lot of multiball training and I am forcing myself to use backhand looping while playing games at the club. Consistent backhand looping will be a great weapon to my attack game style. Coach is doing drills in which I have to play short game and then she gives a long ball to my backhand and I have to open up the ball with a backhand loop and then finish the point with a big forehand loop.
