Warranty

Our warranty covers all defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damages through improper usage, negligence, abuse, transpiration damage, acts of nature, or accidents (including failure to follow the instructions supplied with the product.)

Warranty period varies between products and can be found inside the product package. The warranty period begins from the date of purchase unless otherwise noted. This limited warranty is available only to the original purchaser and is valid in the United States and Canada only. Proof of purchase may be requested for warranty claim. JOOLA’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement, at its discretion of any defect and does not include any liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damage of any kind.
