If you have a nice brush motion for pushing or looping you can really feel the increased spin with zero extra effort. It's a huge bonus! For how hard the sponge is it is extremely easy to block, I didn't feel any loss of control with the increased speed. I can't really find any negatives to [the Dynaryz ACC]. It would suit intermediate to advanced level players.
